My name is Kerry Spry. I'm the President and CEO at BWP of Atlanta, Inc. We are the official talent acquisitions partner for Blue World Pools, Inc. and Global Sun Pools, Inc. and we're looking for a few new installers from your area that are willing and able to install 20-30 above ground swimming pools per month with an average pay of $1,400.00-$1,600.00 per pool and is paid daily after every install. You do not need pool installation experience, but you must have significant grading or dirt work experience.
About Us: Blue World Pools, Inc. is a nationwide above ground pool company that's been selling and installing above ground pools in over 80 cities nationwide since 1982. One of the many reasons we're so successful and able to offer new installers such a rich opportunity is because we’re advertising nationwide on major television networks like FOX, NBC, and ABC. We also conduct heavy internet campaigns in all of our markets nationwide. We then send our local sales representatives to the site prior to your arrival to survey the property and ensure our ability to install a pool on the property so that our installers are not wasting time and valuable resources scheduling an install on a property with a customer where it's not possible to install a pool. We don't build decks, do any landscaping or back fill, and we leave the overburden on the site in a nice, neat pile for the customer to manage after we leave. We simply cut sod, lay sand, build the pool, and leave. It's that simple. Finally, we provide all the work for our installers. So no more bidding on jobs you won’t get unless you do it for pennies on the dollar. And no more waking up every morning without work to do unless you go out all day to bid on jobs you won’t get unless you do it for pennies on the dollar. Our job is to provide you with the work (20-30 installations per month), your job is to get the work done. This should be a "no brainer".
Expectations and Requirements:
1. Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance. (REQUIRED)
2. Must have access to a full-size truck. (REQUIRED)
3. Must have access to a Bobcat or front loader. (REQUIRED)
4. Must have access to a transit or laser level. (REQUIRED)
5. Must have access to or be able to obtain a $1,000,000 general liability insurance. If you do not have insurance let us know, we can refer you to one of our partners in the business. (REQUIRED)
6. Must have access to at least one helper. (REQUIRED)
7. Must be willing to start immediately. (REQUIRED)
8. Above-ground or In-ground pool experience is a plus but not required. If you do not have pool experience, significant heavy equipment and grading experience is required. (REQUIRED)
9. Must be willing and able to cover a 200-mile installation radius and install 20-30 pools per month in your designated market or 200-mile radius. (REQUIRED)
About Installer Pay:
Installers install 20-30 pools per month and AVG. $1,400-$1,600 PER INSTALL or $20,000-$30,000 PER MONTH (Average pay is based on a 24-foot round pool with a 6-8 hour installation time).
Installers are paid daily after every installation.
$500 for Paid Training
Quick start bonus is an additional $500 bonus check every time you install 5 pools for the first 25 pools.
Production Bonus is an additional $1,000 per week
