This position is for a highly experienced home repair technician that can provide excellent customer service and can properly maintain documentation.

HERE ARE SOME OF THE SERVICES MY GO TO GUY PERFORMS:
Minor Electrical part replacement such as outlets / light fixtures
Electrical problem / troubleshooting
Minor Plumbing repair
Install storm doors, repair functionality of exterior / interior doors (carpentry)
Clean / power wash gutters, siding, concrete drives, etc.
Ceramic tile grout cleaning / repair
Minor drywall repair and paint touch up
Fence and decking repair
Fascia, soffit, and siding repair
Picture or art wall hanging
Closet system installation
TV mounts
Product assembly such as IKEA products
POSITIVE, FRIENDLY, AND CLEAN APPEARANCE IS REQUIRED.
This position requires wearing a clean MGTG uniform.
SERVICE AREA:
Delaware, Madison, Blackford, Henry, Randolph, and Jay counties.
Salary potential $35-$55K. We are open 7 days a week for appointments. Our only scheduling requirement is you complete at least 32 hours of service tickets per week over a 7 day period. More hours are available and encouraged.
You have a voice in setting appointments and will work with our coordinator to fit your needs. We are a family friendly organization and don't want you to miss out on those important moments in life!
Valid driver's license is required and will have to be approved by our insurance provider. (clean record is necessary)
Criminal background check is also required.
