We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered, and recognized.What You Can ExpectThe Manufacturing Engineer II develops and maintains machining cell design and also plans, directs, and coordinates production processes in an industrial plant by performing the following duties.How You'll Create Impact

Develops, evaluates, and improves product processes as it relates to both new product and current product.

Confers with Quality and Development Engineer concerning product to ensure efficient and proper manufacturing methods and product quality.

Write procedures and/or work instructions and train applicable personnel on new processes implementation and current process improvements.

Review documents, change requests, non-conformances, and critical maintenance forms for validation and FMECA implications and for approval.

Plan, create, and execute validations in accordance with FDA and ISO harmonized standards.

Support departments with troubleshooting and correcting equipment issues.

Interact with vendors to procure equipment for new and current processes.

Design, develop, implement, and maintain new fixturing for new and existing product, to improve process capabilities.

Write and implement efficient CNC programs utilizing CAD/CAM modules.

Performs related duties as required.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Ability to effectively present information to Team Members with an emphasis on training

Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts such as algebra, exponents, logarithms, quadratic equations, statistics and experimental design.

Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical, drawing or diagram forms.

Ability to understand abstract and concrete concepts and variables.

Your Background

Knowledge and skills identified are typically acquired by completing a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related Engineering discipline and/or may be acquired by working in related areas within the medical device industry.

Computer skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite and Minitab.

Travel Expectations
