Salary: 75,000-125,000
Description: Our client is currently seeking multiple high caliber Lean Coordinators for an Industry Leading Manufacturing Organization.

This job will have the following responsibilities:

• Champion 4 significant projects per year, ideally 1 per quarter
• Aid other project managers in their projects by sharing your expertise
• Focus on developing and implementing a culture of change and encourage everyone to implement positive changes
• Be a Change agent for Plant Team
• Teach and empower team members by passing along knowledge
• Cut Cost and improve production efficiency
• Track in depth status of all projects

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Ability to speak to, and demonstrate Lean Manufacturing skills
• Able to manage diverse groups effectively
• Proficient computer skills
• English Spanish Bilingual a plus
• "Alpha Mentality"
• Strong Problem solving skills, outside the box thinking encouraged
• Ability to manage multiple projects and activities at the same time
• Six Sigma Certifications preferred
