Theracare is seeking a Part-Time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our outpatient pediatric team. This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children in a collaborative, play-based environment and is available for afternoon and evening hours.Key Responsibilities:Provide occupational therapy treatment to pediatric patients under the direction of a licensed Occupational TherapistImplement individualized treatment plans focused on functional skill development, sensory integration, and independenceEngage children and families through creative, play-based therapy approachesAccurately document treatment sessions in a timely mannerCollaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers to support carryover of skillsSchedule:Part-timeAfternoon and evening availability required
