The Warehouse Specialty Associate is primarily responsible for executing customized services offered by the warehouse. Warehouse Specialty associates work in the areas of Fabrication and/or Paint and are responsible for handling product safely to ensure we provide white glove customer service through accurate fulfillment of ordersEssential Functions: Assemble and/or modifies custom offered products to the highest level of company standards. Uses various power tools including but not limited to, chop saws, panel saws and table saws. Properly labels, tags, & wraps end products in preparation of delivery to customer. Uses paint equipment & software programs effectively to include tinters, shakers, and any other equipment designated for Paint Fulfillment. Maintain a clean, safe working station which includes abiding by all OSHA safety standards & wearing proper PPE. Achieves or exceeds performance expectations by completing all receiving tasks efficiently and effectively Trained and performs tasks in cross-functional areas, such as picking, pulling, labeling, and/or shipping, as assigned by managementRequirements: Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds with or without an accommodation 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
