Please review the job profile below and apply today!The Asset Protection Coordinator supports leadership by ensuring the safety of customers and team members, security of assets, regulatory compliance and emergency response..What You'll be Doing:
Support Asset Protection distribution operations
Provide corporate campus security, safety and emergency response support.
Lead emergency response actions.
Will assume supervisory responsibilities during working shift.
Provide training and guidance to asset protection officers.
Support security efforts through access control, investigations and theft deterrence.
Monitor security systems at Protective Security Center Posts on the campus.
Support threat assessment investigations and general case management as designated.
Support reception staffing and responsibilities.
Provide security and safety support at Meijer hosted events as designated.
Monitor international and domestic travel and conduct travel security assessments as designated.
Lead Asset Protection support at remote location facilities.

What You'll Bring With You:
High School Diploma required. Associate degree preferred.
Experience in Loss Prevention/Asset Protection is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
Provide excellent customer service with excellent follow through.
Ability to lead and teach classes related to safety, orientation, evacuation and powered equipment operation.
Strong investigative skills/techniques.
Working knowledge or CCTV, access control and alarm devices.
