This position involves basic maintenance knowledge and common sense.
It’s located in a recently built assisted living building in Connersville IN. The residents are able to take care of themselves. Maintenance is not involved with attending to residents.
The position is 8-20 hours a week.
Painting, light electrical and plumbing, troubleshooting. No lawn care, shoveling, etc.
