We are currently seeking to hire a Salesman to join our team!Youwill be responsible fordeveloping andto assist in using marketing products from the brick and mortar location as well as off location \ or home and at times work as a sales team member to drive company revenue. we have a large advertising budget and expect to be very busy year around
Experience selling Swimming Pools ,Hot Tubs,Saunas ,Cold Plunge Tubs, Massage chairs , and Complete outdoor Kitchens and grills is beneficial but we will also train you to become a team member and leader
These are a plus :::
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies.
Help setting up the displays and the showroom and out front of the building
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Experience ,or Learn to beasupervisor or manager
Strong leadership qualities
Ability to build rapport with clients
Job estimating experience a plus
Help coordinate with Sub contractors on construction \ installs is a plus
.Be willing to drive to customers homes to measure space and make recommendations
.The minimum pay offered is a direct draw against commission. We sell high end products and installations your commission is on the gross sale and we only deduct for give aways. the lowest commission on a sale is 250,
