Job Overview:
Briter Products is seeking a highly-skilled, detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The accounting coordinator will be responsible for the various roles of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly statement preparation, double checking credit card accounts, Government reports, and tax forms for external parties, such as vendors, subcontractors, and property managers. They may handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing deposits, payables, and resolving discrepancies. You should be analytical, collaborative, trustworthy, and excel at multi-tasking. Key Responsibilities:
Using Peachtree software and entering information into company files or databases, ensuring that all financial records are complete and accurate.
Assist in ensuring that company bills are paid on time.
Completing some tax reports and forms
Balance checkbook
Qualifications:
Equipped with a good understanding of accounting principles.
Strong work ethic and dependable.
A good attitude and ability to work well with others.
Working knowledge of Peachtree, computers, bookkeeping software, and strong typing skills.
High level of accountability, accuracy, and efficiency, especially when multitasking.
