Full-Time Maintenance Technician Wanted
Location: Maple Lane Apartments South Bend - Multi-Family Housing
Hours: Approximately 40 hours per week, weekdays 8am - 5pm
Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Full-Time Maintenance Technician to assist with the upkeep and repair of our property. The ideal candidate will have experience in basic maintenance tasks and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Troubleshoot and address property issues as they arise.
Ensure common areas are clean, safe, and in good working order.
Monitor buildings and report any major issues to management.
Coordinate with management for larger repairs.
Requirements:
Previous experience in maintenance, handyman work, or a similar role.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable Transportation and Valid Drivers license, available during weekday hours.
