Office Clerk (1 Position)
Location: Elkhart, Indiana
Reports to: Warehouse Supervisor
About the Role:
Fogatti is seeking an organized and bilingual Office Clerk to manage warehouse administrative and documentation functions. This position is crucial for ensuring accurate inventory tracking and smooth coordination between our US operations and teams in China. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner, proficient with inventory systems, and possess strong communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the inventory management system and update order/inventory data.
Assist with inventory counting and reconciliation, and generate reports.
Manage invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents.
Communicate with customer service and sales teams in China to provide order and stock updates.
Assist with logistics arrangements, meetings, and daily administrative tasks.
Organize and track returned inventory for inspection, restocking, or disposal per management instructions.
Support daily operations of the warehouse.
Learn and understand key Fogatti product details to support warehouse and sales interactions.
Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of experience in administration, warehouse, or logistics roles.
Experience with inventory systems (WMS, ERP, or SAP) preferred.
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and other office software.
Strong communication and coordination skills in both English and Chinese.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
Basic computer and communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Schedule:
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
