We are seeking a reliable, insured part-time lawn care and grounds maintenance professional to help maintain residential properties year-round, including lawn care, snow removal, and general exterior upkeep.
Responsibilities Include:
Lawn mowing, edging, and trimming
Leaf cleanup and seasonal yard maintenance
Snow removal from driveways, walkways, entrances, and common areas
Light tree trimming, pruning, and removal of fallen branches or debris
General outdoor grounds maintenance and related tasks
Maintaining clean, safe, and presentable exterior areas year-round
Requirements:
Previous lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance experience preferred
Must have own reliable vehicle
Must provide own lawn care, snow removal, and basic tree-trimming equipment
Must carry active general liability insurance
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
