I need a person to help me with yardwork and light house cleaning at unoccupied properties. Ideal candidate is a legally licensed driver with their own dependable transportation and is themself, dependable and reliable. I pay by job but I use $15/hr as a guideline and price out my work using $15/hr. Ideal candidate can drive a zero turn mower or learn to, and can run a trimmer, clipper and blower to complete yardwork. And can perform light house cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning of kitchen and bath fixtures, etc. Not white glove cleaning, just basic cleaning needed in unoccupied homes needing to be prepared for resale. Only those meeting these requirements stated herein need respond. However, if you can clean but not do the yardwork, I'll consider your response. Same with doing yardwork only. While I prefer someone that can do both, I'll consider individuals that have the individual skills.
