I'm seeking an experienced roofing crew to handle full residential roof replacements. The crew must have a minimum of 4 people on all jobs, but also be able to produce more for larger projects. I don't care if you have 10 people on all of the roofs. The point is you have a crew large enough for what I bring you. You provide all your own tools. You carry your own liability insurance. You are knowledgeable of current codes and proper installation techniques. You are capable of banging out walkers, jackers, trailers, mansions, ALL residential structure types. All in a timely manner but at a level of quality that is acceptable. Skilled at redecking a must. Knowledge of framing a plus. Knowledge of EPDM install a plus. Knowledge of masonry a plus. If you have a solid crew that knows more than roofing, I have other work we can discuss after I'm confident in your abilities. If you can handle the work I can keep you busy for the season. I think its obvious but just to be clear you must have reliable transportation and be drug free.
