Responsibilities:
Responsible for the delivery and/or pick-up of home medical equipment(HME) and supplies; The set-up of that equipment in customer's homes and/or facilities. As well as the minor cleaning of, and maintenance of, said vehicles and equipment.
Responsible for inventory management, lot number tracking, and product recalls.
Responsible for maintaining delivery records.
Loads equipment and supplies from the warehouse to assigned vehicle.
Ensures that all equipment and supplies are secured for safe transport.
Job Description:
Delivers and sets up HME in customer homes. Greets customers courteously. Remains professional and resourceful while working with customers. Demonstrates and explains HME to the customer. Ensures the customer understands how to properly use and maintain the equipment. Completes appropriate documentation. Verifies customer insurance information as required. Maintains good customer relations. Works to resolve customer questions and/or concerns prior to leaving customer home. Ensures customer confidence.
Physical Demands Include:
Must be able-bodied
Ability to be on your feet 8 hours a day/40 hours a week
Ability to maneuver objects up to 180lbs
Be able to operate vehicles and office equipment
