Operate and monitor CNC machines including milling, turning, and grinding.
Work with various materials such as Aluminum, Titanium, Inconel, and others.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Set up and adjust machinery according to specifications.
Perform basic inspection and quality checks on produced parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and production processes.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Essential Skills
3+ years of CNC milling experience.
Proficiency in blueprint reading.
Basic inspection and quality control experience.
Strong understanding of shop math.
Experience with Fanuc control systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Okuma, DMG, OKK, Toshiba machines.
Knowledge of G&M codes.
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
Ability to work with a variety of CNC machines and expand CNC knowledge.
