Physical Activity Navigator Details
Essential Job Duties:
Coordinates with: Local Health and Nutrition Agencies, Community Groups, Building Administrators, Local Businesses, Teachers, Students, Parents and Vendors.
Provides leadership in implementing a community-wide physical activity programs that focuses on VCSC faculty, students, families and the neighborhoods in which they reside.
Works to create social, physical, and economic environments that promote attaining the full potential for the health and well-being of children and their families.
Provide support and resources for parents for the purpose of improving student health
and school attendance.
Qualifications:
BA/BS in Health Education, Exercise Science, Public Health, K-12 Education required
