We are seeking a talented and motivated Graphics Designer to join our print shop team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with a variety of equipment, clients, and software to produce high-quality print materials. As a Graphics Designer in our fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for both small and large projects, collaborating with clients and team members to meet deadlines and exceed design expectations.
Responsibilities:
Create visually appealing designs for print materials, including but not limited to brochures, banners, yard signs, business cards, and promotional items.
Work with a variety of design software and equipment, ensuring proficiency and staying updated on industry trends and advancements.
Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs, providing creative solutions that align with their brand and objectives.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
Work independently and collaboratively within a team, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to achieve client satisfaction.
Ensure accuracy in all design elements, including colors, fonts, and layouts, to meet print specifications and requirements.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a print shop or similar environment.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.) and familiarity with various printing techniques and technologies.
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field would be great or 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
