We’re looking for a trainable, reliable individual to join our crew installing egress windows. No prior experience required—we're happy to train the right person. You'll be part of a 3-man team, so a good attitude and the ability to work well with others is essential.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Ability to follow directions, work hard, and learn quickly
Physically able to handle labor-intensive work (lifting, digging, etc.)
Punctual and dependable
Each job is different, so flexibility and a good work ethic go a long way. This is a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade and grow with a solid crew.
Schedule:
On average 3 days a week
Workdays and locations vary based on project
Average workday: 6 to 8 hours
