Tradesmen International has an immediate need for General Labor / Apprentice level associates to help on jobs in the Kokomo, Frankfort, Monticello, and Lafayette area. Must be available 8+ hours a day Monday-Friday.
Most of our jobs are construction, industrial, concrete, electrical, or plumbing in scope. Our teams can teach you some fundamentals in fields such as Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, HVAC, Concrete etc. The majority of our work is Commercial or New Construction Residential.
If you are brand new with zero experience we can generally pay $18-$19 per hour but with that comes with experience you can use on future jobs as you learn and grow professionally in the construction and trades industry.
If you have modest experience and some skills we offer $22-$24 per hour and with advanced skills our top pay is over $33 per hour for Maintenance/Millwrights/Plumbers etc
Our company just celebrated it's 30 year anniversary and we have associates on the Indy team with up to 22 years experience. We currently employ over 6,000 W2 associates that work in various Trades.
