Seeking friendly, outgoing, tech savvy assistant for full time position with successful real estate agency. The successful candidate would have a professional appearance, pleasant phone voice, and experience with Microsoft Office, Desktop publishing, and social media. Paid vacation and holidays. Pay based on experience.
Your responsibilities:
Be a welcoming presence for visitors
Managing all incoming phone calls, determine nature of call and relay information or route call as appropriate.
Show strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency
Appropriately and accurately prepare and distribute routine correspondence.
Prepare and update marketing flyers, websites, social media and other marketing
Manage various office files and provide general office filing support
Support other administrative staff with support overflow work, including word processing, data entry and Internet research tasks
Receive and follow reception schedule/instructions from supervisor and as outlined in established policies and procedures.
