Local transportation company is looking for highly motivated customer service associates that preferably have operations and or logistics experience on 2nd and 3rd shift. Candidates must be professional at all times and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Job Details:

Tracking and tracing drivers

Updating the computer system

Answering phone calls

Sending emails

Interacting with internal and external customers.

Be able to multitask

Must have good attendance, be highly motivated, positive attitude and we need people who are willing to learn!
