FIELD OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN
Primary Role - Assist crew chiefs & team members execute daily project requirements in all the cleaning and restoration services that Servpro offers. Type of work to include
Water Damage restoration
Fire restoration and cleaning
Mold & Lead removal & cleaning
HVAC cleaning
Floor cleaning
Notify crew chief daily of customer needs and concerns.
Follow Servpro emergency response time requirements.(On call schedule)
Perform daily assigned project tasks according to Crew chief instructions.
Leave all projects daily with a clean and orderly appearance.
Follow Servpro uniform policy.
Develop expertise with regards to equipment, cleaning products and services provided by Servpro.
Assist crew chief in communicating project requirements clearly to other technicians.
Responsible for daily cleaning and restocking of fleet vehicles and equipment in warehouse.
Assist cleaning and maintaining facilities in warehouse.
Attend safety training provided by Servpro.
Understand and follow company safety guidelines on job sites, in office and in vehicles
Take daily ownership of your job roles and responsibilities
Mandatory Requirements
A valid Indiana driver's license, with NO serious infractions,
Reliable 24 hr. transportation to and from work
Participate in rotating on call schedule
Ability to pass a respirator fit / pulmonary test.
A flexible schedule as we are all required to come in early, work late, nights, weekends & holidays as needed.
The ability to take instruction well, work well with others, communicate well verbally and in writing.
Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly.
This is an entry level position. Starting rate of pay is $11-13 depending on experience.
Technician pay scale is $11-14.75 per hour, depending on experience.
Full time team members will be evaluated for pay increase after 90 days of full time employment.
We are looking to hire 3 people by August 1st or earlier if possible.
