The Network Specialist/Network Administrator is a full time onsite position in Warsaw, Indiana. The objective of this position is to ensure the stable and secure operation of our corporate LAN/WAN across our data center and 16+ remote sites.Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):Manage and maintain servers and their associated operating systems and softwarePerform system backups and recoveryTroubleshoot and diagnose connectivity issuesManage and maintain all network appliances and network connectivity for all systemsMaintain networking equipment firmware and software upgradesMonitor and test network performance and provide performance statistics and reportsRecommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairsProvide 2nd and 3rd level end user technical supportRemotely work with users to resolve local issuesThe Network Specialist/Network Administrator is required to:Document related IT information and support ticketsPrioritize tasks and assignments with attention to detailFollow HIPAA standards and guidelinesOccasionally travel within the stateParticipate in the rotating On-Call Schedule
