We are seeking Outgoing Leasing Agent(s) to present and lease apartments to prospective residents in the Ames area. This position is Part Time help with the possibility of becoming a full-time position.
Responsibilities :
- Showing apartments and provided amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
- Advertise available Properties using a variety of media and promoting materials
- Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospect customers
- Confirm Rental Application Data
- Collect rent checks & Application Fees, including Bank Deposits
- Stay knowledgeable of the Property Market status
- Ensure proper maintenance and inspect Properties periodically
- Answer Resident questions and relay them to the Property Manager
Requirements
-Experience is desired but not required - On site Training is possible
- Sales Experience is a PLUS
- MS Office Familiarity, Property Management Portal Experience also a PLUS
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer Service Orientation
