IT Support Analyst

Description We are in search of an IT Support Analyst to join our team in ANKENY, Iowa. This role presents an opportunity to work within the technology industry, providing essential technical support to our team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of tasks including hardware and software support, system deployment, and customer service. This position offers a long term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Provide end-user support for both hardware and software issues. Carry out break/fix support to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems. Manage the deployment of machines, ensuring effective and efficient set up for users. Utilize SCCM for reimaging machines and pushing out updates. Support end users with a range of devices including Apple and Windows machines (iPad, iPhone, MacBooks, O364, windows everything and Cell phones). Use Bomgar for remote access to a person’s machine to provide support. Utilize ServiceNow or any other ticketing system to manage and resolve customer inquiries. Optionally, use InTune for device management (preferred but not required). Draw upon knowledge of Citrix Technologies, Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments to perform tasks effectively. Provide Deskside Support to assist users with technical issues in-person. Requirements Must possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in an IT support role or similar Proficiency in Citrix Technologies and Dell Technologies is required Experience in EO/IR systems and Mac Computers is preferred Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft and Active Directory Familiarity with Computer Hardware and Configuration Management is essential Proven experience in Deployments and Deskside Support Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred Must be able to provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times Must be willing to continue learning and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.
