Will maintain the highest quality appearance of all exterior property. Will run zero-turn lawn equipment.
Keeps living and work environment clean and safe at all times. Follows safety procedures. Knows fire and disaster plan and is familiar with fire pulls, extinguisher, and emergency phone numbers.
Continuously watches for any potentially hazardous condition, corrects if possible.
Maintains all of the community grounds and landscaping, keeping areas free of trash debris and weeds.
Observes label hazards and proper use of chemicals and insecticides/pesticides.
Assists in the ordering of supplies and maintains organized stock rooms.
Will complete work orders and participate in preventative maintenance on equipment within the community.

As a Maintenance Worker with The Summit:You will maintain and repair property, equipment, grounds and entrances of the community, order and deliver departmental supplies and complete maintenance work orders. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
2 years: At least two years of prior maintenance and facilities or environmental services experience is required with preference for vocational training in construction trades and/or building maintenance.
Because you work in the homes of those we serve, we will need you to be able to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions in English.
Lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance.
