The role involves providing strategic, analytical, and technical support for business intelligence activities. The successful individual will be instrumental in leveraging data to gain insights into business opportunities and will be responsible for the effective presentation of these insights to business stakeholders. Partner with stakeholders, process specialists, and users to elicit and document business requirements. Define and document business requirements for new metrics and reports in collaboration with business teams. Design, develop, and maintain reports using Tableau. Monitor and refine reports continuously for maximum effectiveness. Provide technical support for existing reports, dashboards, or other tools. Identify and analyze errors and inconsistencies in the data and provide timely resolutions. Translate data results into written reports, tables, graphs, and charts to convey information to management. Create written communication materials that effectively summarize findings and support recommendations. Assist in data architecture that supports the overall strategic vision.Requirements Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst role or similar Strong knowledge of database management Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence Technologies Proficient in creating Business Requirement Documents and working with Business Users Expertise in Tableau, BI visualization, and Data Visualization is highly desirable Must have strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex information into actionable insights Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
