Will log into (PassWord) queue to perform password resets, answer general questions, give status updates on existing INCs and Service requests, show users which forms to complete depending on the request. Grab and resolve any self-service tickets related to anything in #1 above. Identify and pass on any self-service tickets deemed "Fetch and Dispatch" as identified by guidelines we set for this. Perform periodic follow-ups for older break/fix tickets that haven't been touched yet until we are able to bring open ticket count down. If any calls slip thru that are not related to the above the analyst would still create a ticket and gather basic info before passing this on to our standard Level 1 team.
Must have excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
