The Junior Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting end users with resolving Salesforce related issues. This position is the primary point of contact for client Salesforce support cases submitted by client internal users. They will be responsible for day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance. The candidate will partner with the Salesforce Product Owner to develop end-user training documentation, training plans and to train end users. The Junior Salesforce Administrator will play an important role in managing, editing and customizing Salesforce to ensure the business has the ability to run reports containing key information.
