What You Will Do:
Evaluate supplier quality processes at internal sites and recommend/implement improvement initiatives.
Support organizational performance analysis and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Lead performance management by analyzing supplier performance data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving supplier development actions.
Minimize business impact from supplied material defects through effective supplier quality risk mitigations.
Provide project management guidance and support to ongoing projects and processes.
What You Will Learn:
Best practices in supplier management and quality management systems.
Techniques for process improvement and strategic alignment in a large organization.
Methods for analyzing supplier performance and implementing development actions.
Project management skills in the context of quality assurance and supplier integration.

Qualifications You Must Have:
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
