For 18 months, you will be involved in optimizing production processes, supporting new equipment start-ups, and contributing to new product development.What you will doOptimize production processes (autolysis, microfiltration, drying, etc.) alongside the group's industrial management Support the drying department at Cedar Rapids Conduct and coordinate studies and continuous improvement actions in terms of time, organization, and cost Participate in the start-up of new installations Lead industrial trials Take on other assigned projects
