A small locally owned property management company has the following positions open.
1. I’m looking for an individual or small crew that can perform rehab work on vacant apartments. You must possess the following skills painting, laying LVT flooring, trim work installing doors , light electrical, such as changing out switches, outlets, and lights. Light plumbing, consisting of installing sinks, faucets, and the underneath. I need a person or people that will show up and get the job done in a timely manner, and able to follow
You must have a valid license and your own vehicle. The ability to be on call on a rotating schedule as well.
