Looking to hire a full-time maintenance tech at $12 an hour. This is for light maintenance and includes general repairs, grounds (mowing and weed whacking), rehabbing of manufactured/mobile homes and other miscellaneous duties. General knowledge of construction, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting and flooring is helpful but not required. CPO license is a plus!
Must be a team player, take pride in your work, self-motivated, and have a positive attitude.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM with a 30 minute paid lunch break. Must be willing to be on call on a rotating schedule.
