Position Title: Warehouse Coordinator
Wage: $12-$13/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7am-3:30pm
Be a part of a company that started in a family kitchen and grew to over 270 employees. You will work in a 127,000 square-foot-state of the art facility and work with 33,000 pounds of beeswax every month. This is a 1st shift position, 7am-3:30pm, and a temp to hire. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Receive, store, and distribute all items received from vendors and suppliers
- Schedule inbound shipments based on availability
- Ensure receiving reports are completed accurately and timely; resolve discrepancies regarding packing slips or other documentation of receipt
- File damage claims with carriers (includes working with sales team to notify customers of damage to customers shipments)
- Work with closely with QA and Inventory regarding damage/inspection and inventory adjustments/disposal
- Maintain a clean receiving area
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with effective time management
- Team player, able to work with other departments
- Mathematical aptitude
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and learn new systems quickly
