Position: Outside Sales Representative
Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and opportunities through networking, cold calling, and prospecting in the designated territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partners.
- Conduct on-site visits and assessments to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
