Small family-owned property management company is looking for a full time maintenance tech for our properties in cedar rapids iowa.
we are looking for a self motivated individual who has the following skill sets.
plumbing repair and fixture installation
light electrical
drywall repair, texture and painting
ability to repair and replace door hardware ( hinges, locks, knobs)
vinyl flooring installation
If you have HVAC experience that would be a plus
You would be completing daily tenant work request and working on the rehab of vacant apartments.
this is a full time position , so you must be dependable and punctual.
a rotating on call schedule is required.
