Job Title: Licensed Master Plumber
Location: Midwest U.S. (Data Center Construction Project)
Pay: $40/hour + $150/day per diem
Schedule: 6x10s (60 hours per week)
Assignment Length: 2-Year Project
Job Description:
We are seeking a Licensed Master Plumber (from any state) to join our team on a large-scale Data Center construction project in the Midwest U.S. This is a long-term, two-year opportunity offering consistent hours, competitive pay, and premium per diem for qualified candidates. The ideal applicant will have proven experience in industrial and commercial new construction, with strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and code compliance.
Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and test plumbing systems in accordance with blueprints, specifications, and codes.
Perform layout, pipe fitting, and installation of water, drainage, and waste systems for new construction.
Supervise or guide apprentices and journeyman plumbers to ensure safety and quality workmanship.
Inspect work to ensure compliance with local and national plumbing codes.
Maintain safe work practices and proper use of tools and equipment on site.
Collaborate with foremen, project managers, and other trades to meet project schedules.
Requirements:
Licensed Master Plumber (from any U.S. state).
Experience in industrial and commercial new construction required.
Strong understanding of plumbing codes, schematics, and system design.
Ability to work 10-hour shifts, six days per week (6x10s).
Must have reliable transportation and a strong commitment to safety.
Compensation & Benefits:
$40/hour
$150/day per diem
Bonus: Work all 6 scheduled days and receive 7 days of per diem pay
Long-term 2-year project with steady, consistent work hours.
Kodiak will cover all fees required to reciprocate your Master Plumbing License to an Iowa License (if applicable).
