Position: Part-time
Location: Cedar Rapids, Marion, Iowa City
Pay: Competitive, based on experience ($20- $25 per hour)
Will Train but experience is welcome!
Responsibilities:
Prep and stain decks, fences, and exterior structures
Interior and exterior painting
Surface preparation (sanding, taping, cleaning)
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
