Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role as a Class A and B CDL Instructor at Corridor CDL Training. The CDL Instructor will be responsible for delivering instruction, providing hands-on training, and preparing students for their commercial driver's license tests. The role involves teaching practical skills, safety regulations, and best practices in commercial driving.
Qualifications
2 years experience in commercial driving and holding a valid Class A CDL license
Ability to teach and demonstrate proper driving techniques and safety procedures
Knowledge of CDL regulations and requirements
Effective communication and instructional skills
Patience and the ability to work with individuals with varying levels of experience
Attention to detail and commitment to promoting safe driving practices
Previous experience as a driving instructor is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Part Time Position
Hours: Flexible to fit your availability. Classes typically run Monday-Thursday 8am-4pm and Friday 8am-2pm every 3 weeks. Most major holidays we are closed!
Pay: $25/hr willing to negotiate
