92080BRJob Title:Maintenance Mechanic - Clinton, IADepartment/Function:Operations: Manufacturing, Production, Maintenance, UtilitiesJob Description:Maintenance Mechanic – Clinton IAADM CogenerationThis is an hourly position.Position Summary:Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and at a utility sized Coal Fired Cogeneration Plant with a heavy emphasis on Maintenance ReliabilityJob Requirements:

Strong safety values

High school diploma or equivalent with strong fundamental skills (math, reading, writing)

Experience with and use of technical measuring tools in millwright trade – a plus.

Basic knowledge of machine mechanical systems acquired through training or experience.

Ability to use millwright hand tools and power tools.

Basic welding skills

Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Flexibility in accepting change and willingness and ability to work rotating shifts.

Communication (spoken and written) and teamwork skills.

Reliability in reporting to work; willingness to work overtime as required.

Willingness to participate in training to continue developing skills.

Direct industrial experience or high exposure to industrial work preferred.

Knowledge of ADM-Clinton Cogeneration Plant – a strong plus

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift-up to 50 lbs. walk long distances, stand for extended periods, climb stairs and ladders, work at heights and work in extreme temperature conditions.
