The Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, monitoring production processes, and ensuring quality standards are met in a manufacturing environment. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety regulations, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.  Key Responsibilities:Operate Machinery & Equipment:Set up, operate, and maintain production equipment according to safety and quality standards.Perform routine inspections and minor troubleshooting of machines.Production & Assembly:Follow work instructions, blueprints, and production schedules.Assemble, package, or inspect products to ensure they meet company specifications.Quality Control:Monitor product quality throughout production.Report defects or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor.Safety & Compliance:Follow company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent hazards.Documentation & Reporting:Accurately record production data, downtime, and material usage.Communicate issues and improvement suggestions to the team.
