We are looking to hire a Physical Therapist, LeadAs a Physical Therapist, Lead at MercyOne, you will Oversee daily operation and staff assignment within the Inpatient Rehabilitation department and assumes interim responsibility in the event of the leader's absence. Provides clinical direction and feedback regarding performance of direct patient care staff. Assists leader in a variety of tasks, including the following: budget development, analysis of budgetary performance and variances, productivity management, new staff orientation, ensuring compliance of staff with identified clinical skill development/competencies/state practice guidelines, performance improvement activities, data collection/analysis, product design, operationalizing departmental and institutional policies and procedures, preparation for the compliance with regulatory agencies, identifying program development needs; assisting in implementation, and representing the Inpatient Rehabilitation department on departmental and hospital wide committees as deemed appropriate.Position Title: Inpatient Rehab Unit, LeadDepartment : Acute TherapiesSchedule:

General Requirements:
Licensure/Registration: Licensed in Iowa
Training Preferred: Word processing, spreadsheets, advanced clinic skills, board specialty certification as applicable.
Special Training: Basic Life Support within 6 months
More than 3 years' experience required.
Education:
Master's Degree
Field Of Study: Occupational Therapy; Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy or related field
