Your effective consultation will enhance the understanding of benefits, in addition to identifying the need for potential changes to existing coverage and/or opportunities for cross-selling specialty benefits products or financial services. In addition, you’ll formulate and implement a broad business plan for account and consultant management, which incorporates customer-specific considerations and aligns with corporate or product strategies and initiatives.Ideal candidates are exceptionally strong consultants.
