Manage and troubleshoot multiple applications in support of Wellmarkâs systems. Provide tactical troubleshooting and resolution of system incidents and problems while collaborating with application delivery, infrastructure and other business partners. Maintain documentation and evaluate changes to determine the risk to current environments.
