What You'll DoAs a Client Onboarding Manager in our Retirement Client Onboarding and Deconversion Services area, you’ll lead and coordinate all aspects of a multi-process project plan, while maintaining overall responsibility for the onboarding experience. Independently acting as a consultant and actively advising clients and prospects as they navigate through the acquisition/implementation phase of onboarding.
Establishing and improving client/intermediary relationships through effective communication and delivering expectations to ensure growth in retirement savings and profitability for all partners.
Communicating effectively with all parties by providing timely status reports through scheduled conference calls and timeline/project plan updates while sustaining overall responsibility.
Demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of all customers.
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of the client's data and setting up to ensure ongoing success.
Performing other job-related duties as required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 4+ years of related experience is required.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and negotiation skills.
Proficient analytical, innovative, and creative thinking, along with problem solving skills.
Excellent relationship building and communication skills, including verbal, written, phone, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to take initiative and have organizational skills to work efficiently to meet deadlines on multiple transitions.
Highly focused on accuracy, details, and confidentiality.
Strong knowledge of all aspects of pension plans, including plan design, products, services, administrative systems, investments, laws and regulations is preferred.
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$51000 - $98400 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
