The successful candidate will deliver a world class customer experience, have outstanding communication skills, and exemplify a passion for assisting our customers and colleagues.We are hiring for multiple shifts: (9:00 PM- 9:00 AM EST) Friday and Saturday, (11:00 AM – 9:00PM EST) Monday and Tuesday (7:30 AM-4:30 PM EST) Saturday and Sunday, (8:30 AM- 5:30 PM EST) Monday, Wednesday, and FridayDuties and Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls with enthusiasm and confidence Case / ticket creation and dispatch to proper queue Maintain high-level knowledge of extensive UKG product suite Confirm and/or update our customer’s contact information Monitor customer self-ticket creation queue Reach out to on-call technicians for urgent customer issues Handle difficult or sensitive customer situations in a professional manner Adhere to standard operating procedures and policies Assigned project work as necessaryQualificationsBasic Qualifications: 1+ years’ experience in a customer service/support environment Experience working in an environment which requires effective time management and the ability to multitask/prioritize projects Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively Ability to work weekends and holidaysPreferred Qualifications: Strong computer skills with the aptitude to learn new technologies quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications including, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Knowledge of support tools such as Salesforce, RingCentral, or other remote access tools Previous call center/ inbound support experience Highly motivated and team oriented Ability to work overtime hours as neededPay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and CaliforniaThe pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $30,400 to $43,650, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location.
