Lead and develop a team of Product Managers.
Partner with leaders of technical, business, and operational areas to cultivate a strong and aligned cross-functional team for Workplace Benefits.
Build strong working relationships with diverse business partners across organizational unit lines to enable value realization.
Communicate efficiently as the new leader of these product families and as part of the broader Workplace Benefits product management portfolio.
Accountable for maintaining clear line-of-site on the target outcomes compared to investment levels and expectations.
Supervise and communicate product health, impact of product releases, and progress against product goals.
Guide and define product strategies for two sophisticated, sensitive, and critically important product families.
Ensure product strategies align with business and enterprise strategies and priorities; partner with finance and senior leadership to allocate vital resources to pursue targeted outcomes.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required, plus 10+ years related work experience or product management experience.
Must have strong leadership ability, effective communication, presentation and ability to influence.
Excellent strategic thinking/vision, collaboration and decision-making skills, including business insight.
Digital literacy and knowledge of business unit applications preferred.
Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy while being detail oriented required.
Salary Range InformationSalary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)$137000 - $185000 / yearTime Off ProgramFlexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
