Job DescriptionOracle Health is pleased to share a new opportunity for a director level position focused on New Business / New Market entry. This will be an individual contributor role, and, in this capacity, you will be responsible for cultivating and developing relationships with prospective clients, developing pipeline, strategy creation and deal execution for Oracle Health’s entire solution and services portfolio, with a particular focus on Population Health, Cloud/Data Analytics, Interoperability and Digital Consumer solutions. You will collaborate across peers in various markets of both Providers and Payers, with a focus on greenfield, non-Oracle Health prospects. Utilizing your deep sales expertise and healthcare industry knowledge, you will be required to build and maintain client and partner relationships at the executive and CXO levels. You will be required to support your clients across a variety of needs while also maintaining overall responsibility for driving sales opportunities to closure.Career Level - IC5ResponsibilitiesBasic Qualifications

At least 12 years of total combined higher education and related work experience, including:

8 years Healthcare sales experience and/or population health, value-based care and/or cloud experience

Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration or related field experience as outlined above

Willing to travel up to 70% as needed

May be eligible for equity. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
